RentalRadar is an investment analysis platform, which collects property listings from various sources and does does rental investment analysis based on zip code by applying machine learning on market data. It collects available properties for sale from various sources and runs a proprietary machine learning algorithm to predict rental estimate for property and based on standard assumptions on expense increase, rental income growth and property valuation growth, we analyzed how your cash flow and rental rate of return over 30 years.

Automated Security SOC Dashboard

SoCKit

SoCKit dwells deep into automated cybersecurity, as it automates 8 modules of preliminary cybersecurity using tools such as Linux and Python (Flask). It is available in both GUI format and CLI format for Linux. The modules covered are: Network Scanning, SQL Injections, Cryptography, Malware Detection, Phishing Detection, Payment Gateway Testing, Keylogger and Data Loss Prevention. It also has an automated reminder module that reminds before a SSL-Certificate expires. This can be accessed directly from GitHub and the repository shall be cloned for usage.

Fully Equipped with a chat interface, it uses Advanced Technology such as WeaviateDB Vectorization, Ollama and Text Embeddings to find closest match and create most accurate answers for you! TaskDose

A Calendar-type Desktop Application built using Java Swing and Java Backend strictly following the MVC Architecture. It is available for ready download using the Jar file in the GitHub Repository given below. It can be downloaded, tested and used as a personal calendar. It is also ready to be published on Desktop Stores. Built in accordance and help with Michael Scanlon for Programming Design Paradigm Class (CS5010: Northeastern University).
